About Us
How it Works
Remodeling your home can be quite an extensive process. Our expert Designer, Andrea Coburn, will make that process easy for you and save you money while doing it!

First, we will start with a Discovery Call to discuss your project. During this call we will talk about the scope of your project, your style, your budget, your goals, and your timeline.
​
Next, we will schedule an in-home Design Consultation. During this initial meeting we will view the space, discuss the functionality of the space, and obtain necessary measurements. We work within a budget set by you, so no need to wait on estimates.
Once you decide that you're ready to go, the fun part begins!
The Design Process!
During this phase of the project we will render a 3-D version of your design. You are invited to make any changes to the design at this time. After we have finalized the layout, we will proceed with material selections. We will view samples and make decisions.
Once the material selections are complete, we will begin procurement. Because we offer a Transparent Pricing Model, you will receive copies of all invoices. This means you know exactly how much everything costs! No middlemen! No markups!
After all materials have been received, we will meet with the contractors and schedule your project for installation. Andrea works closely with architects, builders, and various contractors - to communicate your design goals, to address any issues that may arise, and to ensure that every detail is perfect.
When installation is complete, we will add the finishing touches and then your new space is all yours to enjoy for years to come!

Complimentary Design Consultation
Our In-Home Design Consultations are free and easy to schedule. We will view the space, talk about your project, and take initial measurements.
Design
We will provide you with a 3D rendering of your project design along with material samples to choose from.
Procurement
No need to stress about ordering and storing materials. We have you covered! With our Transparent Pricing Model, you will receive a copy of all invoices. This means that you know exactly what everything costs!
Project Management
Sit back and relax while we handle all the details! From original concept to project completion, we will manage everything. Design, Materials, Installation, and Final Touches!
